Missed Warnings Caused Deepwater Deaths: Report

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 6:08 PM EDT) -- The Republic of the Marshall Islands, the flag state where the ill-fated Deepwater Horizon rig was registered, released a report Wednesday saying that the crew's failure to follow well control plans and react to warning signs that disaster was imminent contributed to the explosion.
