3 Fla. Men Indicted In $30M Telemarketing Scam

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 8:41 PM EDT) -- Three Florida men were indicted in Illinois on Tuesday on fraud charges for their role in an alleged telemarketing scam that bilked 22,000 people out of a collective $30 million, prosecutors said.

Palm Beach residents Ryan Brazel, 31, Brian Morris, 45, and Steven Folan, 34, each face 12 charges of mail fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud for the alleged scam, according to a press release from U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois Stephen R. Wigginton.
