Sara Lee, Kraft Duel Over 'Biased' Hot Dog Ad Survey

Law360, Chicago (August 17, 2011, 4:48 PM EDT) -- Sara Lee Corp. and Kraft Foods Inc. dueled over consumer survey results Wednesday at their Illinois bench trial over frankfurter ads, with a Sara Lee expert slamming as biased the test a Kraft expert said showed Sara Lee advertisements were misleading.
