Stanford Atty Wants US Witness List Before Trial

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 6:54 PM EDT) -- An attorney for accused Ponzi schemer Robert Allen Stanford asked a Texas federal judge Tuesday to order prosecutors to turn over their witness list, claiming the unusual move is necessary because Stanford is mentally incapable of identifying which witnesses could help or harm his defense.
