Village Voice Media Wins Dismissal Of Teen's Sex Ad Suit

Law360, New York (August 17, 2011, 8:09 PM EDT) -- Village Voice Media Holdings LLC and Backpage.com LLC on Monday won the dismissal of a Missouri lawsuit brought by a teenager who accused them of facilitating child sex trafficking by posting explicit photographs of her that advertised her services as a prostitute.
