Judge Dismisses Sunoco's Force Majeure Claim

Law360, New York (June 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court judge has delivered two blows to Sunoco Inc., dismissing without prejudice the petrochemical company's motion to excuse it from missing the deadline of a consent decree it signed with federal and state environmental protection agencies and to seal certain documents in the case.
