Managers File FLSA Suit Against KFC

Law360, New York (June 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of current and former managers at KFC Corp. restaurants in Minnesota filed a proposed class action against the fast food chain Thursday, alleging failure to comply with state and federal wage and hour laws.

In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the group of 21 assistant unit managers alleged that KFC wrongfully defined them as exempt from overtime pay.
