Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A Mississippi woman who claims “The Help” author Kathryn Stockett unfairly used her as inspiration for one of the book's main characters attempted to revive her suit on Thursday by blaming assurances from Stockett for the delay in filing her claim.
