Liberty Mutual Doesn't Owe Defense Costs: 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 3:31 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit ruled Thursday that Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. did not have to reimburse Pella Corp.'s defense costs in two class actions alleging that it made defective windows, overturning a lower court's decision in the manufacturer's favor.
