Another News Corp. Worker Arrested In Hacking Scandal

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 8:12 PM EDT) -- British police on Thursday arrested another former News Corp. employee as their investigation into a widespread hacking scandal at the company's flagship tabloid, News of the World, continued to grow.

A source familiar with the case identified the man as James Desborough, the former Hollywood reporter and editor for the News of the World. Britain's Guardian newspaper also reported that it was Desborough, though police would not confirm.

A spokeswoman for Scotland Yard confirmed that a 38-year-old man, whom she declined to name, was arrested Thursday...
