Chinese Ironing Board Co. Seeks New Duty Calculations

Law360, New York (August 18, 2011, 7:20 PM EDT) -- A Chinese ironing board maker on Thursday urged the U.S. Court of International Trade to find that the U.S. Department of Commerce improperly calculated anti-dumping duties for its products and remand the issue to the agency.

Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd. asked the court for a judgment on the agency record that in its fourth administrative review of the duties, Commerce improperly selected values and employed surrogate value calculation methods to arrive at normal value figures.
