JPML Sends Dial Soap False Marketing Suits To NH

Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 3:47 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation determined Thursday that a series of lawsuits accusing The Dial Corp. of misleading consumers by making unsubstantiated claims about its cleansing products should be heard in New Hampshire federal court.

Though Dial and the various plaintiffs have suggested several venues for a consolidated MDL, Judge John G.
