SRAM Parties Reach Deal Over Stayed Discovery

Law360 (June 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The parties in an ongoing antitrust case against SRAM flash memory chip producers have agreed to the terms of the discovery to be stayed in light of an ongoing investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice over possible criminal violations.

According to a stipulation and proposed order submitted to the court on Monday, the parties have agreed to postpone deposition and interrogatory discovery until June 1, 2008.
