HP Unit Looks To Defend $12B VA Tech Contract Award

Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 5:20 PM EDT) -- HP Enterprise Services on Friday sought to join the government's side in a lawsuit brought by losing bidder D&S Consulting Inc. over one of 15 U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs technology services contracts worth a total of $12 billion that HP had won.
