US Seeks Comments On Saw Blade Duties Feud With China

Law360, San Diego (August 19, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced Friday that it was seeking comments from the public after China asked the World Trade Organization last month to review the U.S.’ use of zeroing to calculate dumping duties on exports of saw blades.
