Teen Model Sues Urban Outfitters, Photog Over Racy Pics

Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 3:59 PM EDT) -- Teenage model Hailey Clauson and her parents sued Urban Outfitters on Thursday in New York federal court, seeking nearly $30 million after the chain allegedly sold T-shirts with racy photos of the 16-year-old without her permission.
