Motorola, Microsoft IP War Kicks Off At ITC

Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission hearing is set to begin Monday on Microsoft Corp.'s allegations that Android-based mobile devices imported by Motorola Mobility Inc. infringe nine of its patents for smartphone functions such as email.
