Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 3:19 PM EDT) -- Contractor DynCorp International Inc. continued its efforts to shake the claims of Ecuadoreans who were allegedly injured by an aerial herbicide used in a joint U.S.-Colombian operation to kill cocaine plants, filing three new motions for summary judgment Friday in Washington.
