Goldman's Tourre Fails To Slash SEC Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 3:02 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Monday rejected Goldman Sachs Group Inc. executive Fabrice Tourre’s bid to trim more claims from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s suit alleging he created a subprime securities product that was rigged to fail.
