Defamation Suit Over Boston Singer's Suicide Tossed

Law360, New York (August 22, 2011, 7:00 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts state judge on Friday threw out a defamation suit by Tom Scholz, founder of the rock band Boston, against the ex-wife of late band member Brad Delp, finding that her comments to the Boston Herald after Delp's suicide did not defame Scholz.
