4th Circ. OKs Denial Of Century Workers' Injunction Bid

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 1:39 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Monday backed a lower court's refusal to force Century Aluminum Co. to reinstate certain health care benefits for West Virginia retirees while their class action claiming the company unfairly reduced or eliminated those benefits is pending.
