Aerojet, Others To Pay $7.3M To End Superfund Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 7:09 PM EDT) -- Defense contractor Aerojet-General Corp. and three other companies agreed Friday to pay a combined $7.3 million to settle a suit over cleanup costs for a portion of a Superfund site in California's San Gabriel Valley.

U.S. District Judge Audrey B. Collins signed off on a partial consent decree between Aerojet, Mammoet Western Inc., Time Realty Investments Inc. and Tonks Properties and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and California's Department of Toxic Substances Control.
