NBTY Unit Faces Class Action Over Joint Repair Claims

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 3:28 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts man launched a class action Monday against an NBTY Inc. subsidiary, claiming the company falsely boasted to consumers suffering from arthritis that its Osteo Bi-Flex line of dietary supplements could repair joint damage.
