Canadian Judge Puts Brakes On DRAM Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 8:04 PM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of British Columbia on Friday paused Pro-Sys Consultants Ltd.'s antitrust class action alleging some of the world’s largest chip makers engaged in price-fixing in the dynamic random access memory industry, ruling the outcome of two related cases could adversely affect the class standing.
