Ind. Faces 1st Class Action Over Fair Stage Collapse

Law360, New York (August 23, 2011, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A woman who witnessed a deadly stage collapse before a concert at the Indiana State Fair launched the first proposed class action Monday over the tragedy, seeking to represent concertgoers who were injured, killed or suffered emotional trauma.
