Judge Seen Setting Timetable For Plavix Patent Trial Next Week

Law360, New York (December 2, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge is expected to set the timetable next week for court hearings on the closely watched challenge to Sanofi-Aventis SA's top-selling blood-thinning drug Plavix.

At the pretrial order hearing on Dec. 8, District Judge Sidney Stein in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in Manhattan is likely to schedule the trial in the closely watched dispute between Sanofi and Canada's Apotex and India's Dr Reddy's.
