Injunction In eBay Patent Case Remains Undecided

Law360, New York (June 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge said on Tuesday that he would not decide immediately whether to issue a permanent injunction forcing eBay Inc. to stop using a feature that allows consumers to buy items up for auction immediately at a pre-set price.
