2nd Circ. Shuts Door On 'Patsy's' Name For NY Eateries

Law360, New York (August 24, 2011, 6:59 PM EDT) -- In a long-running trademark and unfair competition battle between two similarly named Italian eateries in New York, the Second Circuit said Wednesday that neither one will be allowed to go by just "Patsy's," backing an unusual injunction issued by the lower court.
