GM Says Commerce Ignoring ITC Ball Bearing Duties Order

Law360, New York (August 24, 2011, 3:31 PM EDT) -- General Motors Co. said Wednesday that the U.S. Department of Commerce has stubbornly refused to comply with the U.S. International Trade Commission's order revoking anti-dumping duties on ball bearing imports from the U.K. and Japan.
