WTC Fireproofer Counters Allegations of Negligence

Law360 (June 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Fiberlock Technologies Inc. has moved to dismiss an insurance company's lawsuit against it for alleged negligence related to the property damage at 7 World Trade Center on and following the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
