Law360, New York (September 9, 2011, 1:54 PM EDT) -- On Aug. 17, 2011, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of the Treasury, respectively, issued guidance on (1) the ability of individuals and small employers to purchase health coverage in an insurance exchange, and (2) the premium tax credits for individuals who buy that coverage and whose income is between 100 percent and 400 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL).
