Feds Push For More NY Times Testimony On CIA Leak

Law360, New York (August 26, 2011, 3:45 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors in the criminal trial of an ex-CIA officer accused of leaking classified information to the press asked a federal judge Wednesday to reconsider a ruling that a New York Times reporter did not have to reveal anonymous sources when testifying in the case.
