Texas High Court Sides With Anglo-Dutch Over Legal Fees

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 3:01 PM EDT) -- A divided Texas Supreme Court on Friday nixed a trial court verdict awarding a Texas attorney $1 million in a suit brought by Anglo-Dutch Petroleum International Inc. over a disputed fee agreement in the energy company's suit alleging two rivals had disclosed confidential information.
