No Arbitration For Stanford Employees: Judge

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 4:02 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge ruled Friday that, despite the Fifth Circuit's about-face on the issue, former employees of Robert Allen Stanford couldn't arbitrate their disputes with the receiver trying to recover funds related to Stanford's alleged $7 billion Ponzi scheme.
