Cedars-Sinai Can’t Shake Doc’s $4.7M Retaliation Award

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 5:27 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court has upheld a $4.7 million award in favor of a surgeon who accused Cedars-Sinai Medical Center of negligence in maintaining and sterilizing surgical instruments and taking retaliatory measures that damaged his reputation, the plaintiff announced Monday.
