Commerce Keeps Ban On Iranian Airline's Exports

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 7:03 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Wednesday once again extended its ban on Mahan Air's export privileges and added two more companies in order to keep the Iranian airline from using American-made planes to fly to and from Tehran.
