Consumer Research Firm Denies Infringement

Law360 (June 13, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- M:Metrics Inc. filed a motion for a partial summary judgment of non-infringement Wednesday, saying that Telephia Inc.'s charge that it is infringing a Telephia-held patent for measuring the use and performance of wireless phones is false.
