Fed. Circ. Nixes Corps Contractor’s Evaluation Suit

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 7:25 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday affirmed the dismissal of a suit by a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contractor who claimed that the government gave it an unfair and inaccurate performance evaluation over late projects to repair the roofs of government buildings.
