Ex-PPG Exec Settles With US Over Pakistan Exports

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 3:09 PM EDT) -- A former executive at PPG Industries Inc., whose Chinese subsidiary pled guilty to exporting coating materials to Pakistan for use in nuclear reactors without U.S. authorization, agreed Friday to pay the U.S. Department of Commerce $250,000 for his alleged role in the scheme.
