AT&T Says FCC Shouldn't Lump T-Mobile, License Deals

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 3:14 PM EDT) -- AT&T Inc. on Monday asked the Federal Communications Commission to reject an argument from Sprint Nextel Corp. and others that consideration of AT&T's proposed acquisition of a regional wireless service license should be lumped into the review of its planned purchase of T-Mobile USA Inc.
