Entegris Denied Injunction In Filter Patent Suit

Law360 (June 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- More than four years after a district court granted a preliminary injunction blocking Pall Corp. from selling products that allegedly infringe on Entegris Inc.’s patents for filtration systems used in semiconductor manufacturing, an appellate court has upheld the dismissal of that injunction.
