Elvis' Estate Sues Arista Over German Ringtones

Law360, New York (August 30, 2011, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Elvis Presley Enterprises LLC said Tuesday it has sued Arista Music in Germany for using the rock idol's recordings in ringtones and other digital media without adequately compensating the musician for the tunes despite a 1973 buyout agreement.
