Medicare Revision Doesn't Bar Contract Suit: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (August 31, 2011, 3:48 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit ruled Wednesday that a 2008 congressional amendment to the Medicare statutes that terminated a number of the government's medical equipment and supplies contracts did not bar judicial review of contractor Cardiosom LLC 's suit over the termination.
