Commerce Dept. Ups Duties On Chinese Ironing Board Co.

Law360, New York (August 31, 2011, 4:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Wednesday issued the final results of a redetermination of the anti-dumping margin for ironing boards imported by Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd., finding that the China-wide rate should apply.

The U.S. Court of International Trade had remanded back to the department its original determination that Since Hardware was entitled to a de minimis rate for the period covered by its second administrative review.
