ArrivalStar Adds Chrysler, Nissan To Tracking IP Row

Law360, Chicago (September 1, 2011, 1:35 PM EDT) -- Melvino Technologies Ltd. and its licensee ArrivalStar SA continued a massive patent enforcement offensive Wednesday in Illinois, targeting Chrysler Group LLC, Nissan North America Inc. and GPSi LLC in their latest suit aimed at protecting their vehicle tracking and communication technology.

The two automobile manufacturers and tracking system developer GPSi are facing allegations that they have infringed the plaintiffs' U.S. Patent Numbers 6,714,859; 6,741,927; 6,804,606; 6,904,359; 6,952,645; and 7,191,058.
