En Pointe, Sarcom Test Limits Of CFAA In 9th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (September 1, 2011, 9:25 PM EDT) -- Attorneys for information technology service providers En Pointe Technologies Inc. and Sarcom Inc. sparred before a Ninth Circuit panel Thursday over whether employers can use the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to go after employees who steal company information.
