Oracle, Pillsbury Fight Over Doc Production Costs

Law360, New York (September 6, 2011, 1:32 PM EDT) -- Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP on Friday told a New York federal court it should not be required to turn over documents related to Oracle USA Inc.'s copyright and breach of contract lawsuit against Rimini Street Inc. unless Oracle agrees to reimburse the firm $1,500.
