Complaints Amended In Ongoing GPU Antitrust Suit

Law360 (June 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The direct purchasers and indirect purchasers of graphics processing units in the ongoing antitrust litigation against GPU chip makers Nvidia Corp., ATI Technologies Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices Inc. filed two separate amended class action complaints on Thursday.

The direct purchasers are customers who specifically bought GPU chips from Nvidia and AMD, while indirect purchasers are those who bought goods that already contained the GPU chips, such as personal computers and other digital devices.
