BP Loses Bid To Compel Anadarko Well Documents

Law360, New York (September 6, 2011, 6:39 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge in the multidistrict litigation over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill ruled Tuesday that Anadarko Petroleum Corp. need not turn over documents requested by BP PLC related to its deepwater oil wells, saying they weren’t relevant or timely.
