Fraudster Conrad Black's Co. Sues Horizon Board

Law360, New York (September 6, 2011, 9:21 PM EDT) -- Fallen newspaper baron Conrad Black's company sued Horizon Publications Inc.'s board of directors in Illinois state court Tuesday, saying the defendants breached a shareholders' agreement and put their interests ahead of the company's.

Meanwhile, Black returned to federal prison Tuesday to serve out the remainder of his sentence, imposed after a Chicago jury found him guilty in July 2007 on charges of mail fraud and obstruction of justice.
